Orders over $35 Ship for Free!
I ship pieces within 4 to 6 business days. All pieces are made to order and I am a one man operation.
Single pieces ship for $3, two pieces ship for $4.
Shipping is available to the United States and packages are mailed USPS First Class with tracking.
After placing an order, it will be marked "awaiting fulfillment." That just means I'm currently making your ornament. When I put it in the mail in 4 to 6 business days, your order will be marked shipped and you will receive the tracking number.
Returns and Exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery
I will notify you when your return arrives.
If it is to be exchanged I will send you the tracking when the new piece ships.
Refunds if necessary will be issued when the return arrives.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, or with an error, in stamping for example, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders. If I did make an error please let me know and I will take care of you
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
